Documents regarding Ireland's views on the solidarity contribution and the revenue cap in the EU Regulation 2022/1854 in relation to its enactment in September and October 2022, specifically prior to the written procedure of 6 October 2022, including documents from the extraordinary council meeting on 30 September 2022, the meeting of the Committee of Permanent Representatives (COREPER) on 14 September 2022 and 28 September 2022, and meeting of the Council Working Party on Energy on 15 September 2022. 6.
