Any records showing the total number of phone lines (SIM cards in mobile phone handsets) on the Department’s accounts with mobile network operators in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. 3. Any records showing the number of 'SIM only' connections (used in equipment other than mobile phones) in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. 4. Any records showing the Department’s policy on allocation/provision of a/ mobile phones and b/ SIM cards for purposes other than mobile phones.
