In relation to two Ministerial Directives issued by the former Minister for the Environment, Alan Kelly, in January 2015 and re-issued in August 2015, to the Dublin Local Authorities that social housing lists should have at least 50% of their vacant housing to homeless people. I am seeking the following: Copies of the two Directives. Copies of any internal department memoranda, briefing notes, discussion papers, reports etc. that relate to the said Directives. Copies of any external reports, audits, discussion papers, etc., that relate to the said Directives, that are in the possession of the Department. Copies of communications including, but not limited to, emails and letters to and from the Minister that refer to the said Directives. Copies of communications including, but not limited to, emails and letters to and from Senior Departmental Executives that refer to the said Directives.
