In accordance with section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I wish to request access to the following records/details: - Specific parts of submissions received (detailed below) by the DoF from applicants for the tender 'Department of Finance Financial Services Panel' For the tender, each applicant was required to submit a report (at least four pages long) which would "Identify the key issues facing AIB, Bank of Ireland and PTSB" and "Summarise your bank privatisation advice to the Department of Finance." The "Understanding of Irish banks and Department of Finance priorities" was a requirement for all applicants to Lot 1 and Lot 3 of the tender. I would like each of these submissions released please.
