The specific correspondence I seek is as follows. For the purposes of clarity and for the avoidance of any doubt and in each case I am looking for the correspondence between the department and the Central Bank of Ireland referred to in each instance by Mr Alex Costello as follows: 1. In his letter to me dated January 5 2021 ref FIN-MO-4965-2020 in which Mr Costello states "I am advised that department officials have also now forwarded copies of your correspondence to the CBI.. 2. In his letter to me dated April 12 2021 ref FIN-MO-04965-2020 in which Mr Costello states "This office has also forwarded your correspondence directly to the Central Bank of Ireland .." 3. In his letter to me dated to November 16 2021 ref FIN-MO-05884-2021 "This office forwarded your correspondence directly to the Central Bank of Ireland for their attention."
