Request for a copy of: 1. Records held by the department team responsible for delivering on Output 2.3.5 as regards the first part of Output 2.3.5 further to delivery of Output 2.3.5. This should include all relevant memos, letters, emails, reports or other form of documentation in respect of meeting Output 2.3.5, including those provided by the department to the Department of Justice. 2. Records held by the DHLGH team responsible for delivering on Output 2.3.5 as regards DHLGH’s final determination of the second part of Output 2.3.5: To include all relevant memos, letters, emails, reports or other form of documentation in respect of meeting these aspects of Output 2.3.5, including those provided by the department to the Department of Justice. 3. Records, specifically those received from any local authorities in respect of Output 2.3.5, in their roles as Delivery Partner. For example, if a submission requested from each local authority by DHLGH, please supply the final form document provided by each local authority in response.
