    I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. I would like to inquire about any new developments or units the council is purchasing, planning to purchase or developing within its remitted area south of the Nase road, excluding any approved housing bodies such as Tuath or Cluid. It is my understanding that 20% of any new development units are to be allocated for social housing. I am seeking information regarding which developments, existing or upcoming (new), are within the council's area, including the location and name of the developments and if these will be allocated to potential housing applicants and if so in what timeframe. I am also interested in knowing if any of these are 3 bedroom properties (two story or ground floor) and whether they are advertised or not advertised on choice-based lettings. I am specifically interested in 3 bedroom properties and would like to know what upcoming developments or units will be allocated or purchased by South Dublin County Council. For example, I am aware of new housing developments such as Parklands and Barnoaks in Citywest Dublin 24, but I understand that some of these units in Parklands are Tuath owned and not council owned? I am looking for information on which properties will be council owned and if the council purchase new units, plan too or rely soley on existing stock for its allocation. I am also seeking specific information on upcoming existing council properties stock that are being renovated, including their location and whether they will be advertised on the council's choice based letting scheme or not. In addition to the above, I would also like to know: - What is the timeline for the allocation or purchase of new developments or units by South Dublin County Council? - How does the council decide which developments or units to allocate or purchase for social housing? - What criteria does the council use to determine which existing council properties stock will be renovated? - How does the council decide which properties will be advertised on the choice-based letting scheme and which will not? - Is there an option to purchase a council property in the future and if so what is the process or criteria. - What is the criteria and process used by South Dublin County Council to approve, decide, or process applications for The Housing Adaptation Grant for People with a Disability?
