Section 25 of the Disability Act 2005 requires the upgrading of older public buildings so that they comply with Part M of the Building Regulations. Public bodies were required to bring their public buildings into compliance with Part M 2010 by 1st January 2022. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am seeking the release of all records from the start of 2019 to the end of 2023 relating to this requirement referenced above.
