I am preparing a report on Household Waste Collection costs in Ireland and across Europe. I am using 2004 as a benchmark year as there was a survey of private sector Household Waste Collection charges completed by the Competition Authority that year. I want to add Local Aauthority costs. so I am looking for details of income and expenditure relating to Programme 5 Environmental Protection. See pages 34 to 39 in the attached for the equivalent data. This has 2005 budget figures plus 2004 actual figures. I have the same sort of data from other Local Authorities and I am chasing all local authorities that collected household waste in 2004.
