I wish to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. Records sought This request relates to the inclusion of the following property on Roscommon County Council’s Derelict Sites Register, which your organisation is listed as the owner of: A) Register reference: 05-2024 Property: 62 Clontuskert, Lanesborough, Co. Roscommon Owner: Commissioners of Public Works, Jonathan Swift Street, Trim, Co. Meath I seek access to records held by your organisation relating to this property and its inclusion, including: 1) All correspondence, engagement, requests, notices, inspections, or enforcement actions involving Roscommon Co Co concerning the dereliction of the property in question. 2) Any records relating to derelict sites levies requested and/or paid in relation to this property. 3) Internal reports, memoranda, briefings, recommendations, or correspondence concerning the derelict status of the property. Public character of the records Given that the property is owned or managed by a public body, and its inclusion on the Derelict Sites Register arose through a statutory enforcement process by another public authority, the records sought concern: The stewardship and management of public assets; inter-agency regulatory compliance, and the exercise of statutory powers across public bodies. These matters carry a very strong public interest, particularly in the context of vacancy, dereliction, and pressures on land and property for residential and commercial use. Section 37 considerations I note that the records concern public property, public authorities, and regulatory processes. Section 37 is therefore unlikely to be engaged.

I would like you to provide me the following information if possible (in relation to Emo Court), under the Freedom of Information Act. 1. What are the OPW's lock-up procedures? 2. You state that the exit gate is to remain open after the these times, this is very vague, can you provide me with an exact time that Key Guard Security have been advise to lock the gates? eg 21:05, 21:30, or the conditions that Key Guard Security have been advised must be met in order to lock the gates? Has Key Guard Security been advised to lock the gates regardless of people and cars still on the grounds as the security guard stated?
