In relation to the "timeline of key events" set out in the final page of the linked letter, I would request documents held in respect of point 5, dated July 2015, where the OPW requested an investigation into previously identified sample cases with a particular emphasis on 'corruption'.The letter states this report was received by the OPW in December 2017. This would include the report itself, and any other documentation created by the OPW in relation to the report, such as memos, briefings, or correspondence to other public bodies on the matter.

    I wish to make a request of the Office of Public Works under the European Communities (Access to Information on the Environment Regulations) 2007 to 2014. It has come to my attention that the OPW have undertaken works (approximate coordinates 6.7784739°W, 53.7432553°N) to a watercourse (EPA waterbody code IE_EA_07Y011100, ADS Channel C1/8/10/3/6/1)) on lands occurring on/adjacent to Folio MH76562F, the registered owner of which is Coillte Cuideachta Ghniomhaiochta Ainmnithe and it is subject to a right of way at all times on foot and with horses and carts for the use of the tenants or tenant purchasers entitled to the bog on the estate of the Vendor Dominick More O'Ferrally (please see maps and aerial imagery provided in Figure 1 – Figure 10). This watercourse drains the raised peat habitat present at this location. On the 19th December 2019, in response to the referral of a request to Meath Couty Council for a Section 5 Declaration at the location as identified, An Bord Pleanála deemed (ABP- 305340-19) that
