All correspondence between OPW and Systra concerning the OPW survey being conducted (seeking staff vehicles on Lime avenue). 2. Any concerns raised by Systra about putting the access of those with a disability dependent, on OPW staff using the same access 3. If Systra informed the OPW of any concerns regarding the wording of the survey in this area of disability. If not this is very concerning for the reputation of the company involved. 4.
