The information I request concern a mediation and decision making company called Raise a Concern Ltd. This company is the agreed arbitrator to investigate allegations of bullying in all departments of the civil service. It is agreed between the CS and the unions. I am requesting information since 2015 if available. The information I request is the final adjudication page ie if the allegation was upheld and the respondent found guilty of bullying. I do not want the names of the parties just the result, allegations upheld or not. These records should be held in the HR office who receive the final report.
