I would like to request records detailing how many people since the 1st August, 2014 have been fined and charged by the Gardai for not displaying proper 'N' (novice) plates on their car or vehicle despite being legally required to due to having only passed their driving test within two years of the offence. I would also like a breakdown of these numbers by year and by county. I would also like to know how many people were disqualified for driving for a period of six months for accumulating the assigned six penalty points for committing driving offences while being a novice driver. I would also like a breakdown of what offences were committed, by year and by county, if possible. In addition, since 1st August, 2014, I would like to find out how many drivers passed their driving test- broken down in tabular format by county and year, if possible.
