In 2021, I was informed by the Health Service Executive (HSE) that it had communicated with the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform on the matter of withheld pay increases to health service senior managers arising from Report No 42 (2007) of the Review Body on Higher Remuneration in the Public Service. The inference was that there were several such communications to and from the Department on an ongoing basis. I hereby request copies of records of those communications in both directions (between the HSE and the Department) held by the Department for the period 01/01/2019 to the present time.
