The information I request concern a mediation and decision making company (named). This company is the agreed arbitrator to investigate allegations of bullying in all departments of the civil service. It is agreed between the CS and the unions. I am requesting information since 2015 if available. The information I request is the final adjudication page ie. if the allegation was upheld and the respondent found guilty of bullying. I do not want the names of the parties just the result, allegations upheld or not. These records should be held in the HR office who receive the final report.

On 16 August 2023 the Justice Minister Helen McEntee rejected an application made in 2021 to establish a judge-led commission of inquiry into the murder of a former senior Sinn Féin official and named person in 2006. I apply for the reasons for that decision of the Minister to be disclosed, published and placed in the public domain given the public interest in this matter. I make is application under FOIA 2014.
