The land I am referring to is adjacent to what is now called Coolmore Morris Park. I would like a copy of any records relating to council interaction with local politicians, GAA representatives and the land owners of Carrigan's farm, who I understand are connected to Coolmore/ John Magnier, in relation to the use of these lands. I am seeking any records from 2020 to date that the council holds relating the use or potential use of these lands in the townland of Glengarriff. I would like any records relating to council consideration of seeking a compulsory purchase order to acquire these lands. For clarity's sake, much of this land was last year said to have been transferred over to Tipperary GAA for the construction of a new training centre.
