LCC issued an enforcement notice (15U079) in 2015 with regard to removing an illegal slurry tank. That slurry tank has now been re-instated. It is situated only 9 mts from our house and only 25 mts from our well water supply. We are therefore very concerned abouth the situation nad have notified LCC who are currently action on the issue.
