I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 concerning the decision made regarding a complaint I made, which was dealt with by the Planning Compliance (Enforcement) & Active Land Management Unit (Reference number UD/24/208). I am seeking to understand why my complaint regarding the external lighting was not addressed in the decision-making process, despite the photographic evidence I submitted, which clearly demonstrates the issue. In addition, if necessary, I could have provided a recent mri brain scan which shows the damage caused by migraines which are being triggered by these external lights. The lack of response to this concern is a key point I wish to clarify. Specifically, I am requesting the following: 1.All documentation, including reports, memos, assessments, or communications, that detail how the decision was made regarding the complaint referenced above. This includes any records outlining the reasoning or considerations taken into account in making the decision. 2.The grade or position of the person or persons responsible for making the decision. Please note that I am not requesting personal information related to any individuals involved, nor am I seeking to appeal the decision itself in this FOI request. My request is purely focused on the decision-making process and the role of the relevant personnel involved. I would appreciate if the requested documents could be provided in electronic format where possible. If any of the requested information is exempt from disclosure, I would appreciate an explanation for each exemption invoked.

Could we please request the following under the Freedom of Information Act 2014: Euthanasia Statistics 1.How many dogs were euthanised in 2021, 2022, 2023 and to date in 2024; 2.Please provide a breakdown of breed and rationale for all dogs euthanised; 3.Please confirm if efforts were made to reunite these dogs with owners (where they were found straying) or to rehome them (in all instances). 4.Please provide a copy of the euthanasia policy utilised by the pound. Aggressive Behaviour / Dog Attack Statistics 1.The Control of Dogs Statistics note that statistics on aggressive behaviour / dog attacks have been compiled by local authorities. Please provide a copy of these statistics for 2022, 2023 and to date in 2024. We obviously do not need personal details but would like to understand: a.How many incidences of aggression / dog attacks there were in total; b.A breakdown by category of type of incident / attack if available; c.Breed(s) involved; d.If dogs entered the pound as a result of such incidence / attack (whether by way of straying, surrender or seizure); and e.If these dogs entering the pound were euthanised as a result. XL Bully Ban Implementation 1.Copies of all materials / information / guidance provided to all dog wardens in relation to the XL Bully Ban; 2.Confirmation as to what training was provided to dog wardens in relation to the XL Bully Ban and copies of all materials / information / guidance provided to dog wardens as part of any training in respect of the XL Bully Ban. We understand training took place over 3 days (2 in September and 1 in October) – is this correct? Was this part of a standard training programme or additional training given? 3.How many dog wardens are in your local authority and conformation as to whether all dog wardens attended all training days in respect of the XL Bully Ban and, if not, confirm which

The attached executive summary lists 55 bridges surveyed in County Louth by Atkins consultants in 2022, which recommended repairs. These Inventory and Principle Inspection Reports recommended repairs and or preparatory works in advance of a general inspection. The 55 bridges I reference exclude the following from the executive summary: • Structure 1659 - Not Surveyed • Structure 3636 - No repairs recommended • Structure 1761 - No repairs recommended With that in mind I am making the following request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014.
